Iliyas Ansari
Founder and CEO Message
Ms. Nur Anis brings extensive experience in seaport operations and large-scale infrastructure development, notably through her role at the Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP), Malaysia, where precision, safety, and operational excellence are fundamental. This background has shaped her leadership approach, emphasizing disciplined execution, process optimization, and high-performance standards.
At ReliableDTC, she applies these principles to lead the delivery of engineering, steel and structural works, landscaping, and infrastructure projects. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and sustainability, she drives reliable project execution while fostering long-term partnerships. Her leadership supports sustainable value creation and aligns closely with the UAE’s infrastructure and community development goals.
Nur Anis
Executive Director – Projects & Development
Mr. Vikul Dhiman is the Executive Director – Projects & Development, with over 18 years of experience leading complex real estate, precast, infrastructure, and high-end interior projects across the UAE, India, Australia, and the United Kingdom. An architect by qualification and a senior project management executive, he brings a rare blend of technical depth, commercial insight, and executive leadership.
He provides strategic oversight across the entire project lifecycle, including development planning, design governance, procurement strategy, contract administration, risk management, cost control, and delivery assurance. Mr. Vikul has extensive experience operating under FIDIC frameworks, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and aligning project outcomes with financial, regulatory, and quality objectives.
He holds an MBA in Operations, Finance & Real Estate, along with globally recognized professional credentials including PMP, PMI-RMP, CCM, LEED AP ND, FIDIC Certification, and ISO 9001 & 14001 Lead Auditor qualifications. A MRICS (Project Management Pathway) candidate, Mr. Vikul contributes strong corporate governance, sustainability alignment, and investor-grade project leadership, supporting long-term value creation and organizational growth.
Vikul Dhiman
Operation Director – Landscape Message
Mr. Naushad Alam brings extensive hands-on experience in large-scale landscape and community development projects across the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and India. His regional exposure provides a strong understanding of landscape construction standards, environmental regulations, irrigation systems, hardscape works, and site coordination within diverse climatic and regulatory conditions.
At ReliableDTC, he oversees the efficient execution of master-planned communities, public realm developments, and large landscape packages, ensuring seamless coordination between softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and associated infrastructure works. With a strong focus on planning, resource optimization, safety, quality control, and on-site performance, he works closely with project teams to deliver sustainable, high-quality landscape developments on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
Naushad Alam
Operation Director – Road Works Message
Mr. Pramod Adhikari is a highly accomplished Civil & Infrastructure professional with over 17 years of experience across UAE, KSA, and India. He specializes in roads, bridges, marine works, pipelines, and large-scale infrastructure projects, delivering high-value works under strict cost, quality, and time controls. With strong expertise in estimation, project management, and FIDIC contracts, he has successfully secured and executed projects exceeding AED 600 million. Known for his strategic leadership, value engineering, and stakeholder coordination, he consistently drives efficient, compliant, and profitable project delivery. His technical depth and commercial acumen add strong value to complex civil and infrastructure developments.
Pramod Adhikari
Marketing and Social Medial Manager
Ms. Romana Shaikh serves as the Marketing & Social Media Manager at ReliableDTC, supporting brand visibility and digital engagement across corporate and project-focused platforms. He brings strong expertise in social media management, content planning, visual storytelling, and scriptwriting, with a particular focus on Instagram and LinkedIn.
With hands-on proficiency in Canva, digital design, and multimedia content creation, he develops structured, professional content aligned with corporate and government communication standards. His experience includes creative project coordination, basic market research, and competitor analysis, ensuring consistency in messaging and presentation.
